Regal Inn Motel of Hampton Beach

I just stayed here this this past weekend. Before going i was extremely skeptical due to all the reviews but upon arrival and stay, it wasn't nearly as bad as others made it look. The fridge and side of the toilet could've been a little better cleaned but not a dealbreaker, otherwise it was overall clean, nothing like others described in these reviews. No moldy or mildew smells, no "bed bugs", clean sheets and mattress covers. The mattress itself wasn't super comfortable but it was doable and it smelled clean upon walking in. On top of everything else, the inn itself was quiet at night. I would Def. Stay here again and plan to in the future, i would also recommend it to others. Great location, 5 min walking distance to the boardwalk and night life. Also, the lady at the front desk was friendly. Every place is going to have their flaws but its pretty well maintained for the most part!

Rooms have been redone to include microwave, small fridge and a little two person table. New furniture, firm bed. It was clean and had no sand or mold. Very laid back about parking and going in the pool before your room was ready. If you're a light sleeper this Motel might not be your thing. Very noisy with drunk people walking by and sitting outside on the deck. Decent price, but again it is a motel.

Been coming here for over 10 years. Management stayed the same and theyre great! Jacuzzi by reception is very nice and os is the pool area with the bbq. Rooms on both sides have been updated. Only downside is that sometimes you cant get a room if you dont book early on. Location is key, great place, Recommended!

The shower was lose so I notified management and put a rag around it so that their bathroom didn't get flooded. But this place is good and the owner definitely gets on top of things and is able to help you when in need.

Service was awesome! They let us in our room early. They let is leave our vehicle for a bit longer after checkout. Very accommodating. The room was roomy and clean! Very nice. Just wished there was a coffee pot within the room. The only other thing is the room we're in the bathroom where towels are hung was pretty much broken so they put towels on the outside of the room. Other than those really minor things very nice! Didn't get a chance to use it but very nice pool. Distance to the beach was not too far but where we like to be it was a but more of a walk. Lots of really close places to eat or have a drink.

This was an awful experience in every way. There were loud drunk people all over the motel. They were smoking and drinking all night, yelling, and arguing, waking us up in the morning with kids running up and down the outside hallways next to our rooms. The room was dirty, gross, very small. They were blinds on the door that didn’t even cover up the whole window so people walking by could see into the room. We had never been to this town, but it was basically a party town with people drinking and smoking everywhere and revving their motorcycles and just overall being obnoxious. I love the East Coast, I love beach towns, but this was just truly an unfortunate place to visit The motel was cheap in every way. Not worth what we paid.

We have stayed at the regal for years now, it’s always been pleasant. Very clean, nice people, good views of the bay. All the staff is great! The maintenance man Dale is amazing! Such a nice guy, and he keeps everything pristine around the yard, and the pool very clean. Definitely recommend coming here!

Great location. Quick walk to the boardwalk and beach. Nice pool. Clean room. Easy parking on site. We got to check in early for a small fee. Everything was great.
